Guidelines Company Cars 2025  

Forte has two cars, one car for 4/5 persons and one van for 9 persons (incl driver). 

The cars were bought to be used for Forte work groups and for the staff to go shopping, deliver garbage etc.   

From 27.02.2025 we have established new guidelines for the company cars.  

 

Pick-up service 

Pick up service with shared or transfer from the airport is offered in low-season, mainly working days, when we don’t have too many guests and normally when the flight arrival/departure is within working days/time.*

  • Price: 30 Euro p.p. Minimum 2 pax.

  • The transfer is payed by card at the Château. 

Seminar or work events 

Work event groups are prioritzed and both cars can be used for free. We recommend to book more than 3 months in advance to have the best possibilities for rooms and company cars.

 

Workation 

If you come and stay for workation you can borrow the company car to go to the store. If you would like to go out and explore you can “rent” the car for 30 Euro. Please let us know if you know in advance that you are interested to use the company car: booking.buros@fortedigital.com

 

Privat stay

If you have rented the Château privately it is possible to “rent” the company car for 30 Euro pr day. However, we cannot guarantee that it is possible to pick you up or have the car at the airport.* Make a request to booking.buros@fortedigital.com.  

It is possible to book taxi/van/bus to and from the airport. We can assist you with booking of bus/taxi.

*The staff need to know the flightarrival/departure to book it, and to see if it is possible to have the car at the airport and to be picked up. 

Summertime/vacation 

The van can be “rented” out in summertime for a nice price, from mid June to mid August. Make a request to booking.buros@fortedigital.com.  
However, we cannot guarantee that it is possible to be picked up or have the car at the airport.

It is possible to book taxi/van/bus to and from the airport. 

  • First booked, first served.  (In weekends seminar/work groups bookings are prioritized, and we cannot confirm earlier than 3 months before your stay).

  • Price per day: 30 Euro  

 

Company car guidelines: .  

  • Remember we are not at rental car company. It is an extra service offered to Forte Employees.

  • Driver has to be 25 year of age.

  • Please fill the tank up before you leave the car.  

  • Please leave the car as you like to get it, without trash and pretty clean.  

  • The staff could ask to borrow the van during their stay/rental to pick up bigger packages etc.  

  • Toll fees will not be covered by Forte.  

  • Forte will not cover speeding tickets (which comes to the Château, and therefore the staff will contact the driver for the rental. The bill is coming to Chambre au Chateau and we have to inform who was driving and then the process goes directly to the person/driver). 

  • If the company car is left at the airport for you, you have to pay/cover the parking ticket.

  • We do not have childrens seats. Our van is a former school bus and childrens seats are not used her.

  • The use of the company car will be charged by card at the Château. 

! Why can we not promise to pick you up, leave the car? It is only three people working at the Château and they are hired for taking care of the food, cleaning, gardning etc. A pick-up takes 5-7 hours and if the house is full of guests we cannot garantie pick up.
